Multisport is one of the fastest-growing sports worldwide. You can participate at any time of the year and across any type of terrain. Whether you’re training for a triathlon, duathlon, or any combination of swim, bike, or run, or you like to cross-train as a single sport athlete, there is a format and routine to fit you.

It can be quite overwhelming to know where to start but don’t worry. If you need coaching services, I’ll guide you through every step of the way. You’ll enjoy a thorough onboarding experience, personalized assessments, 1-on-1 sessions, individualized training plans, and more. If you like to do your own planning and training but need some feedback, drop into any of our group classes or schedule some one-on-one time with me.

Introducing Velocity

Velocity is the only virtual riding platform designed for the endurance community that incorporates live instruction from a coach, allowing real-time tips and insights.

Enjoy a structured class focused on the critical nuances of endurance cycling such as metabolic training, form, pacing, shifting, cadence, climbing/descending, and more. Live classes will be offered along with live replays and on-demand classes to fit any schedule.

Sign up for monthly coaching packages or simply drop into class anytime. On-demand classes will be offered with a subscription.

Join me for weekly indoor trainer rides. Improve your outdoor rides with skills-based training.

Come Join Us

If you’re a runner looking to enhance your training by incorporating swimming or a multisporter aiming to elevate your technique, this practice is tailor-made for you! Similar to our open water swim practices, you’ll enjoy a structured practice with a focus on form and technique. Practices are $25 per session. Lane rental included. You do not have to be a ClubWorx member to participate.

We’ll provide sighting buoys, professional tips, and safety supervision. Bathrooms nearby. All abilities are welcome.

Please sign the waiver prior to your first attendance. You only have to sign it once. It is good for the remainder of the year.

Join the Triathlon Team

New: High School Triathlon Team

We’re excited to announce the formation of a new high school-age triathlon team in southern Wake County and the surrounding area! It is not specific to a particular high school and you don’t have to be registered in public school. No experience in triathlon is necessary.

Practices will begin in September, shortly after the new school year begins. This fall season will be a developmental training phase with a few late-season races for those that are interested.

We are also looking for parents/volunteers to assist at practices and support the team on race day.
