Get Started

Welcome to the Team

Thank you for inviting me to be part of your fitness journey.

Let's Get Started

Thank you for choosing Carolina Multisports for your training and coaching needs and inviting me to be part of your fitness journey. I look forward to working with you.

It can be quite overwhelming to know where to start. Don’t worry, that’s why I created the Onboarding Guide.

It covers the onboarding process, including my coaching methodology, what you can expect from training, equipment and gear, USAT membership, event organizers, checklists, and more.

Below is an outline of the initial onboarding process. Let me know if you have any questions along the way.

Good Luck!

Carolina Multisports Onboarding Guide
