Individual  Swim Session

 
Indoor

Sessions assess current skill level, introduce fundamental techniques, and provide personalized feedback to improve efficiency.

Open Water

One-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs and goals with personalized feedback to build confidence and ensure a positive open water experience.

Swim Analysis

The analysis evaluates technique, stroke efficiency, and overall performance in the water through underwater video recording. The session is followed up with a detailed review identifying strengths, and recommending drills for areas of improvement. 

Individual Cycling Sessions

 
Virtual

With 2-way video/audio and live metrics from your trainer and other connected devices such as a heart rate monitor, virtual coaching sessions can be conducted with highly personalized feedback through the Velocity platform. 

Outdoor 

One-on-one rides can assess cycling skills, provide guidance on proper bike handling, and teach essential techniques such as gear shifting and pedaling efficiency.

Comprehensive Bike Fit

Bike fit is crucial for injury prevention, increased power, and fatigue reduction. A detailed report with videos and recommendations will be emailed after the session.

Sessions assess running form and provide personalized feedback on technique.

Gait Analysis

A gait analysis involves video recording and discussion of movement dysfunctions.  After the session, a link will be provided to review and download the analysis.
