Improve Your Open Water Swim Technique
Open Water Swim Sessions
Open water swimming can be daunting for some, as the vastness and unpredictability of natural bodies of water can create a sense of unease and anxiety. For others, it presents a challenging skill to perfect, requiring dedication and practice to master the unique techniques needed to navigate open waters effectively.
Despite which camp you may find yourself in at the moment, this is the right place for you. Each practice is divided in half with some participating in a skills based sessions with weekly rotating topics. The others will benefit from a structured swim session for those that want to get in some distance and improve their endurance.
These sessions offer a supportive environment where you can learn, practice and hone your skills, building confidence and competence in open water conditions.
Emphasize consistency in the open water with a monthly package for $29/month, which provides ongoing access to training and resources, or join a class anytime for $10, allowing flexibility to fit your schedule and needs.
Please sign a waiver prior to your first session. You only have to do it once. It's good for any event for the rest of the year.

What an awesome service and group of people! Show me where you can get professional one on one coaching and practice on open water skills for $10. Joel is extremely helpful and welcoming to all levels of swimmers and triathletes. In the future I intend to make as many of these sessions as my schedule permits. A really great organization.
