Group Run Sessions

 

Join our structured group runs for improved form and enjoyment! These runs offer more than just a simple jog, providing expert coaching to refine your running form and mechanics, and a complete workout that includes warm-ups and cool-downs to ensure safe and effective running.

All are welcome, regardless of your running level, so join us as you are. We rotate sessions at closed parks, so there's not fear of being dropped. Enhance your running experience with our guided sessions through regular membership, allowing you to participate in our twice-weekly runs for $29/month, or opt for casual visits at $10 per session. 

 

 

Please sign a waiver prior to your first session. You only have to do it once. It's good for any event for the rest of the year.

Joel is a solid coach!

I've been using him to help me improve my running. He is very thorough and knowledgeable on how the body works and what "tweaks" to make to improve. I improved my cadence and breathing heartrate year one. This year's focus, more on the running form mechanics. He adapts your training plan based on what you need and can handle, all while challenging you a bit to achieve your goals.
