Join us for more than just a run. Each session is a structured practice with instruction.

Each practice begins with a warm-up, focused on pressing RESET on the nervous system and followed by dynamic stretching and drills. The main portion of the session will include running along with strength components depending on the week.

We rotate between Fleming Loop Park, Carroll Howard Environmental Park, and South Park. Bathrooms and changing areas at each location.
