Group Training Sessions

Looking for a little company?

Attend one of our group swims at ClubWorx, or open water swim sessions at both Jordan Lake and Falls Lake.

Log on to our virtual cycling platform, Velocity, for cycling coaching.

Join our spring run classes as we prepare for the Run the Quay race. You do not have to sign up for the race to participate in the classes.

Individual Training Sessions

Refine your skills with targeted sessions.

Swim sessions are completed at the Triangle Aquatic Center. I can also come to your community pool if allowed. Lane rentals are an additional fee.

Cycling sessions are done either outdoors or through our virtual cycling platform, Velocity. Velocity requires a smart trainer.

Run sessions are done outdoors.
