We hold group run practices every Thursday and Saturday at a variety of rotating locations throughout Fuquay Varina.

Fleming Loop Park

Runs at Fleming Loop Park will typically include a strength component and drills utilizing the soft surfaces on the playing fields and walking pathways around the fields.

South Park

Utilizing the Jeff Wells Greenway that connects to South Park, we’ll take advantage of the rolling terrain.

Carroll Howard Johnson Environmental Park

Runs at the CHJEP will offer a unique training opportunity with trail running. Be prepared for the possibility of mud and standing on the trails.

Come Join Us

Join us for twice-weekly sessions for $29/mo. or drop in anytime for $10. Enjoy structured, coach-led runs focused on form and mechanics, with dedicated warm-ups and cool-downs. All abilities are welcome.

Weekly Focus

March 2 will be our kickoff run and first group run of the year.

March 7th will be focused on skills and drills with little running.

March 9th will be a group run.

8 & 12 week focus from March to May.

Holly Springs Half

November 23, 2024

12 & 16 week focus from August to November

Raleigh Half/Full

November 3, 2024

12, 16, & 24 week focus from April to November
