To enhance the experience of each participant, we are limiting this camp to 20 participants. We are also providing lodging and food throughout the entire event. As a result, early registration is required for planning purposes.

Welcome to a little slice of heaven. Relax by an open fire pit each night, chatting about the day with your teammates.

Day 1

Corpening Memorial YMCA

We’ll do our swim clinic here, including an underwater video analysis of each participant.

Patty’s Creek Swim Area – Lake James State Park

We’ll finish the day with an optional open-water swim practice here.

Day 2

Avery County High School

401 Avery Co High School Rd, Newland, NC 28657

We’ll start day 2 out under the picturesque silhouette of Grandfather Mountain. We’ll conduct our run mechanic’s clinic here, including video analysis of each participant.

Moses H. Cone Memorial Park

Blue Ridge Parkway, Milepost 294, Blowing Rock, NC 28605

Further up the Blue Ridge Parkway, we’ll enjoy the beautiful scenery as we run or hike some trails.

Day 3

Blue Ridge Parkway

For our final day, we’ll traverse one of America’s most beautiful national parks, taking in views stretching over 50 miles.
