Individual Swim Sessions
One-on-one instruction
Pool
All indoor pool swim sessions are conducted at the Triangle Aquatic Center in Cary, NC. During the summer months, I don’t mind meeting you at your community pool if your HOA allows it. I also invite clients to my community pool during the early morning hours.
Open Water
I also offer one-on-one open-water swim sessions. I’ll take my paddle board and buoys out with you and we’ll discuss, sighting, race starts, buoy turns, and more.
Swim Analysis
The assessment begins by taking several videos above and below the water level from different angles. For the rest of the session, potential limiters are identified and drills are practiced.
A follow-up video call is also scheduled to dive deeper into the videos.
Extras
Note: Lane rentals are an additional fee. Please purchase a minimum of a 30-min. session for a swim analysis. You’re welcome to purchase more time if wanted.
Once you have purchased a lane rental, I will schedule a time with the Triangle Aquatic Center and confirm a date/time with you. Please note 2-3 preferred times on your order.
Please sign a waiver prior to your first session. You only have to sign it once. It is good for the remainder of the year.
