One-on-one instruction

I focus my strength training on functional movement. This means that I focus on how muscles work together in chains to accomplish sport-specific tasks as opposed to building individual muscles to complete a certain exercise.

Original Strength Screen & Assessment (OSSA)

The assessment starts by establishing 4 baseline movements that you will come back to as you progress in training to monitor progress. The screen then moves you through several movement patterns to establish your range of motion, overall mobility, and neural response.

This screen and assessment are vital to program appropriate training loads.

Extras

Note: For the OSSA, No warm-up is required. Wear clothing you can move and stretch in.

Please sign a waiver prior to your bike fit. You only have to sign it once. It is good for the remainder of the year.
