One-on-one instruction

Cycling can be divided into either individual or group riding skills. For individuals, we’ll master handling skills, gearing/shifting, climbing/descending, cornering, form, power, cadence, and others on both triathlon and road bikes. Group riding skills include the same skills but also include communication, drafting, pace lining, and attacks.

Comprehensive Bike Fit

Having the right bike fit is essential to reduce the possibility of injury, increase power, and help decrease fatigue.

A detailed report including videos of your initial fit and any adjustments made during the bike fit along with any further recommendations will be emailed to you after the session.

Extras

Note: For the bike fit, wear clothing that is form-fitting and tight. A series of fluorescent stickers will be placed along your body for the camera to track. The measurements will not be accurate if your clothing is loose.

Please sign a waiver prior to your bike fit. You only have to sign it once. It is good for the remainder of the year.
