Group Swim Sessions

Are you eager to enhance your swimming abilities, refine your strokes, and increase your speed in the water? Our sessions are designed to cater to your needs, offering a comprehensive program that focuses on developing your swimming skills while providing a refreshing alternative to traditional workouts.

Join us with a monthly package for only $79 to participate in weekly sessions, or drop in for a single session at $25 whenever it suits you.

Please sign a waiver prior to your first session. You only have to do it once. It's good for any event for the rest of the year.

Classes are not currently being held. Minimum of 3 participants needed. Please contact me if you're interested in sessions. 

 

A ClubWorx membership is not necessary, and lane rental includes pool access at no extra cost.

I have fallen in love with swimming

I started working with Joel to add swimming into my running routine, but now I have fallen in love with swimming too and I feel like a better athlete overall in my fitness as well as knowledge. Joel thinks of the whole individual from how the brain is interacting with your body to the skills itself, to your fitness. Joel will meet you where you are, whether that’s someone new to the sport or an experienced athlete.
