Need some feedback on your swim? Maybe you’re a runner looking to cross-train with swimming. This practice is tailor-made for you! Similar to our open water swim practices, you’ll enjoy a structured practice with a focus on form and technique. Join us for weekly sessions for $79/mo. or drop in anytime for $25. Lane rental included. You do not have to be a ClubWorx member to participate. All abilities are welcome.

Please sign a waiver prior to your first attendance. You only have to sign it once. It is good for the remainder of the year.


I started working with Joel to add swimming into my running routine, but now I have fallen in love with swimming too and I feel like a better athlete overall in my fitness as well as knowledge. Joel thinks of the whole individual from how the brain is interacting with your body to the skills itself, to your fitness. Joel will meet you where you are, whether that’s someone new to the sport or an experienced athlete.

I’ve always been a sufficient swimmer but my times weren’t where I’d like them. Joel has helped me in just a few short sessions be more mindful of where my deficits lie and with a few tweaks here and there I can feel my stroke has improved tremendously. I can’t wait to see how it translates in open water. He’s super knowledgeable about why we do the unhelpful things we do in the water and how to train our mind and body together to change them. I love the group setting for the price but he’s still able to track us individually to provide tailored feedback.
