One-on-one instruction

I focus my strength training on functional movement. This means that I focus on how muscles work together in chains to accomplish sport-specific tasks as opposed to building individual muscles to complete a certain exercise.

Pressing RESET

Your body is awesomely and wonderfully made!

The power of movement restoration, the hope of healing, and the expression of strength all live inside your nervous system. Your very design contains the movement program intended to keep you strong, able, and healthy.

Moving the way you were designed to move restores your health and vitality. We call this your Original Strength. This strength is released when you move according to your design. We call this pressing RESET. Spending just a few minutes a day relearning or remembering how to do these movements will enable you to live your life better — with strength and health.

During this clinic, you will learn how to press the reset button on your body, and how to move the way you were designed, so you can restore the Original Strength you were meant to have. Participants will receive a 30-page instruction booklet.

Note: For Pressing RESET, No warm-up is required. Wear clothing you can move and stretch in.

Each participant with receive the following booklet.

Please sign a waiver prior to your bike fit. You only have to sign it once. It is good for the remainder of the year.
