Practices rotate on the following schedule: 1. Basic Skills #1, 2. Basic Skills #2, 3. Basic Skills #3, 4. Advanced Skills, 5. Time Trial. This practice will focus on basic open water swim skills #1. Topics include beach starts, entry/exit, Settling into swim experiencing fatigue, floating starts, crowding swimming & bumping, and variable pacing.
