Classes are held every Fridy morning from 6-7 AM at ClubWorx – 100 Fitness Dr. Fuquay Varina, NC 27526

Classes are structured with feedback from instructor.

Bring towel, toiletries, and lock for locker. Also bring any swim aids you have such as a pull buoy, snorkel, hand paddles, or kick board, etc.

Subscription is month to month with no contract.
