Join us to work on your running form.
You’ll be introduced to some critical running drills, we’ll discuss and practice running mechanics, and I’ll take video of each participant to analyze.
Wear your running shoes, comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle.

Joel Young is the owner of and a personal coach at Carolina Multisports, LLC.
A native of North Carolina, Joel brings a deep and personal approach to his athlete’s training experience. Carolina Multisports was born out of his love of connecting with people and helping others to discover, learn from, and excel in endurance sports. It’s his passion to help you do something that might seem impossible today.
Having raced across the USA and internationally, Joel brings experience, insight, and fun to his athletes.
